I’m so glad you found me! I'm Meg Green, and I'm a certified Kundalini Yoga & Meditation teacher, an Usui Reiki Master, a former music major, and an artist of sound and vibration. Since 2016, I've helped clients of all ages and backgrounds find deep relaxation through the soothing sounds of gongs, singing bowls, tuning forks, flutes and other meditative instruments. The Path to Mindfulness
The body heals and repairs itself when it rests, but in today's fast-paced world, many of us struggle to relax. Since 2016, I've seen the amazing impact that sound meditation and energy work can have to help people relax. We are all vibrational beings, and respond to sound. With tools ranging from gongs and singing bowls to tuning forks and flutes, I work with classes and individuals to help them enter a state of deep relaxation. As the vibrations wash over you, you will find your mind quieting, your breath slowing and your relaxation deepening. As a skilled meditation teacher and coach, I work with you to dive deep and explore, releasing stress, letting go of grief, anxiety and depression to unleash your true vibrancy and joy.

Weekly Kundalini Yoga & Meditation Class
Kundalini Yoga is called the yoga of awareness. Appropriate for all abilities and experience levels, class includes breath work (pranyama), postures (asanas), meditation and deep relaxation with sound bath. Join us 6:30 p.m., Thursdays, at Easton Yoga.
All Night Sacred Gong Puja
You make a comfortable nest to sleep in a meditative state while we softly play the gong for 7.5 hours overnight for a transformative experience.
